3D forms

This was just me experimenting with the three dimensional bevel tool, I wanted to see the layouts I used in different three dimensional angles. I chose to use the the wire-frame option to see how the walls could possibly look. The height of the walls was the default size of 50pts, I could play with the scaling of that more.

  1. ideas that come to mind —

reconstruction of (archaeological) site, from displaced objects.
can these morph? change? as in a movie?
    how?

    a museum of scars.
    a poetics of scars.

I think if you go this abstract, language needs to be brought "into the picture."
    how?

I would like to know more about your decisions about what crack, to put where, in the drawings.

  2. wondering how this would work, with only the verticals (straight lines, rising from points along the original drawing), without connecting lines. just pins, so to speak, at the uniform angles.

didn't understand – will need to see with eyes – what you subsequently said, about using the bevel tool differently.
hope you can post a clarifying example.
